Frank took over the helm at Luxemburg-Casco in 1949 and resigned in 1974, after 25 years of coaching. There has never been a losing season. Over all for that 25 years, the records stands at 212 wins, 42 losses and 3 ties.
There has been two undefeated seasons, 1954-55, 1963-64, and 9 seasons with only one loss.
In Frank's 25 years, there has been 7 Invitational Championships, 46 Invitational Tourney Champs, 7 Conference Team Championships, 45 Individual Champions, 25 Regional Champions, 7 Regional Team Championships, 50 Sectional Qualifiers, 34 Sectional Champions, 5 Sectional Team Titles, 42 State Qualifiers, 16 State Place Winners, and 2 State Champions.
Frank's team was the only team to beat Coleman when they were on top, and they did it three times.
Frank was an official for about 20 years, and was a recipient of the 20 year Service Award by the Wisconsin Wrestling Coaches Association.
