Below, on this page, find directions to the following processes:

If you are paying fees via a check for any of the registrations, please make the check payable to WWCA and send, along with a copy of your registration receipt, to:

Please be advised of the following requests and changes to the WWCA membership registration process:

• Please carefully read and follow the registration instructions for the online registration process.
• All registration must be completed online.  Mail-in registrations are no longer accepted.  However, if you experience difficulty or have questions, please contact Wendall Bean for assistance.
• While a school or program representative can register more than one individual in a single registration session, it is important that members provide their own individual account information, especially an email address. This is especially important for receiving WWCA communications and participation in the end-of-the-season voting process.
• Members (or school districts) still have the flexibility of paying for a membership via a credit card, debit card or personal check.  However, please remember to send a copy of the receipt when sending payment by check.
• Individuals may register for membership any time throughout the season.  

Please click on the gray registration bar below to begin the 2022 Fall Convention/Clinic registration process or to purchase a 2022-2023 WWCA membership.  Please be sure to follow the instructions carefully.

The 2022 clinic registration fee is $120.00

The 2022-2023 membership fee is $35.00

The WWCA has set aside a block of rooms for Friday, November 4th for convention/clinic attendees and guests attending the hall of fame banquet.  There is also a small block of rooms reserved for Thursday, November 3rd for those arriving early. 

Please note the following:

• Reservations can only be made for those two nights.  If an attempt is made to reserve a room prior to Thursday or after Friday, the site will indicate that there are no rooms available.  Please be aware of this criteria when reserving a room. 
• There is a maximum of four individuals per room at the negotiated group price for the WWCA convention/clinic.
• Two complimentary breakfast buffet tickets for Saturday morning are included in the reservation price.  Two additional tickets may be purchased at half-price at the prevailing rate.
• The deadline for making reservations is October 14, 2022.
• The Hyatt Regency has a 48 hour room cancellation policy.

The deadline for ordering banquet tickets is November 1st.

A single banquet ticket is included with the registration price for those who register for the WWCA Fall Convention/Clinic.
